Members Enquiry Line Service.
 

The Members Enquiry Line is one of the main strands of support we can provide to you. We know how hectic daily life can be and sometimes it’s helpful to chat things through with someone.

 

The enquiry line provides you with:

  • Membership questions and queries.

  • Opportunity to talk to someone who understands therapeutic parenting, compassion fatigue and life as a family.

  • Signpost to other NATP services.

 
Sometimes you may need more support and as a member, you are able to book a call with one of our trained Empathic Listeners to talk things through. This is proven to alleviate the signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue.

Empathic Listening Service.

Nothing could be simpler – just phone the office on 01453 519000 to speak to one of our friendly members of staff. Give a brief explanation of your situation, and leave your phone number and email address.  We will then book you an appointment with either one of our empathic listeners to arrange a conversation at your convenience.

All of our listeners have first hand experience of living with traumatised children. Calls can last up to 45 minutes.

Please note: The listener will not give highly specialised advice about specific or targeted issues, or provide a structured training plan to address the issues you are facing.
